Shipping Australia-wide is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate fee of $12 applies.
International Shipping
For international orders, please email orders@herbremedy.au to receive a shipping quote.
Local Pickup
If you are local to the Byron Bay area, we offer free local pickup. After placing your order online and selecting local pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready. Orders can be collected during store hours Monday to Friday from 10am until 2pm.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically 1-5 business days. Rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

Return PolicyÂ
Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery for retail and wholesale orders. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To request a return, please email orders@herbremedy.au with your order number

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes, we are open Monday to Friday from 10am until 2pm at 3/17 Banksia Drive, Byron Bay.
Do you have a return policy?
If an online purchase is not suitable, we can arrange a return. Please contact orders@herbremedy.au to receive a return label. Once the return is received, a refund will be processed. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and products must remain unopened and unused.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
