Shipping costs
Shipping Australia wide is free for orders over $200 or more. For orders below $200, there is a flat rate fee of $15.
International shipping
For international orders please email orders@herbremedy.au to receive a quote for shipping.
Local pickup
If you are local to the Byron Bay Area we offer a free local pickup. Our warehouse is located in the Byron Industrial state and you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Dispatch times
Orders are sent 1-3 days after purchase. For deliveries expect up to 1-5 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
Wholesale shipping
If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please email orders@herbremedy.au for a quote and we send you information about our soaps and delivery times for bigger orders.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes we do! We are open Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm and located on Banksia drive in the industrial state
Do you have a return policy?
In the event that you are made a purchase online that is not suitable, we will of course coordinate a return. Please contact orders@herbremedy.au so we can arrange a return label. On receiving the return we will process a refund.
All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase and we ask that the products remain un-opened and un-used.
How do I track my order?
When your online order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number included.
How do I become a stockist?
New stockists are always welcome! If you are interested please contact us at orders@herbremedy.au for more information.
Where can I find your soap outside of Byron Bay?
We are pleased to have stockist Australia wide. You can find a list of our stockist here on the website.
