YEP (Yarrow, Elder, Peppermint) blend is a classic formula that supports a fever through it's stages and helps to ease the symptoms of a cold or flu.
Ingredients: Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra), Peppermint (Mentha x piperita).
Directions for use
To make an infusion boil fresh spring water in a clean kettle, use at least 1tsp of herbs per cup of water, add water and cover with a lid to retain the volatile oils, steep for at least 5-10 minutes, strain and serve.
